Custom Reports (NEW with v7.01)
Is there a network-activity report you'd like sent to you or your boss every day? With TTC's Custom Reports, you can easily monitor the activity that matters most to you from your inbox.
Want to offload AUP violations, user-activity concerns, and personnel-oriented reports to responsible, non-IT staff? TTC's Custom Reports also allows you to designate principals, site counselors, Human Resources staff, or other individuals to monitor and resolve inappropriate user activity.
Customized reports, such as suspicious search queries within an IP address range, may be automatically generated and emailed to appropriate staff daily, weekly, monthly, or on demand in .csv and/or .pdf format.
We are ecstatic about the Customized Reports! We upgraded to TTC v7.01 a few weeks before school started and by the time the kids were back to their same old tricks, we had reports being delivered to each principal from their respective sites! Awesome!!

Traffic Limits and Priority Enforcement
From within Reports, you can selectively regulate the flow of traffic, both outbound and inbound, for a variety of network sessions. Specify rules by user, group, protocol, internal and external IP addresses, communication ports, and specific applications as well as Internet-browser traffic related to select content categories.
To escalate or demote the internal processing of selected network sessions, you can set traffic priority from within Reports as well. Low, Normal and High priority processing can be assigned to sessions specified by user, group, protocol, internal and external IP addresses, and ports as well as applications.
